11th Circuit rules against Trump
I’m typing this on my phone with one finger using my connection through AT&T because the internet has been down most of the day and is off right now.
More tomorrow on this HUGE story, but for now, the unanimous ruling by the three judge panel, two of them Trump appointees, all of them appointed by Republican presidents, means that the special master review ordered by Judge Aileen Cannon will be shut down and the DOJ will be able to resume its criminal investigation unhindered by bogus restraints imposed by the Florida judge.
Suffice to say, the 11th Circuit put her in her place, which is nowhere near a federal investigation she had no business tampering with in the first place.
This is, of course, great news. One might think Judge Cannon may have learned a lesson from this exercise in legal foolishness . . . . . but I doubt it.
It is a HUGE Story because it looks like the 3 fingered barbarian is now out of options even if he appeals to the SC, who will just tell him, "You're shit out of luck, buster."
