A relaxing Sunday

Trump made more ridiculous noises as he floated a new raft of excuses why the FBI found his resort in Florida stuffed with boxes of some of America’s most closely held secrets.

The DOJ and FBI issued warnings to offices around the country about possible right-wing terrorism against both bastions of America’s law enforcement as neither Trump nor the Republican Party did anything to tamp down threats of violence from various corners of MAGAland.

In other words, a day of no surprises but plenty to continue worrying about in this country of ours.

And I’m taking a couple of days off to enjoy our new home in Milford, PA. The photo above, taken by my wife Tracy Harris, is a view of the Delaware River from a park at the end of the next block on our street. It’s just as magnificent in real life as it is in Tracy’s wonderful photo.
