He went in to a bed room with a person he believed to be a minor female and stretched out on the bed. It was filmed.

Dershowitz says he kept his underwear on while alone with a minor in a bedroom.

Republicans are disgusting.

Republicans are absolutely doing in private (or in Trump's case, wherever) every.single.thing they try to frame the Democrats as doing. Look at every ultra-extreme Repub, and whatever he/she is accusing Dems, of, that's what that Republican is doing. Everything.

Well, Dershowitz is nuts, and Rudy likely has pickled his brain in something 15 proof.

I agree, Margo, but I suspect you mean 90 proof. About once a year, for medicinal purposes only, I have a shot of single malt scotch, neat. Whiskey is about 90 proof. 15 would be more like strong beer.

some rums are 151 proof.

Do people who drink that keel over?

well, if you drink enough, ANYTHING makes you keel over. if you're asking about me, very probably. and I'm an ALCOHOLIC.

Of course you are right. I have not had hard liquor in, well, never mind, and I went with what I thought was a staggering amount of alcohol. And the figure I slugged in is maybe for wine?

Margo...I think you left out a digit. didn't you mean 150 proof?

Small correction. Dersh (who I disliked on first meeting) said *his* masseuse was a middle-aged woman.

Too bad she didn’t chomp down really, really hard on that creep’s dick. Would have been what he deserved.

I'm always a little surprised this doesn't happen more often, this obvious (?) fight back against an assault. I want to say that the movie "Cross of Iron" depicted just such an action, but I saw it so long ago, and the film was so brutal and awful, I didn't take much of it in, save that it was about terrible things in a terrible setting.

Can't seem to edit my reply above to clarify -- "I'm always a little surprised this doesn't happen more often THIS RESPONSE TO AN ASSAULT."

once more, I've committed the crime of not scrolling down before a comment. sorry, Kozmo...

there's a scene like that in Peckinpah's ill-advised "Cross of Iron."

I'm spinning out your whole fantasy in my head (screaming, 911, cops, microsurgeons...) and I'm LOVING it.

I pride myself on never, ever for a single minute thinking that Giuliani was anything but a scumbag. this stuff is disgusting, but I'm gonna love it.

What a nightcap! I shall have to retire to my boudoir and read something entirely different: a Japanese novel entitled "The Cat Who Saved Books". Otherwise I fear I will have unseemly dreams.

Why is it that reality is always worse that anything cooked up by our unconscious?

Rolling Stone is reporting tonight that associates of Giuliani are accusing Dunphy of being “an escort that fleeces wealthy men.”

Why would Rudy have hired her then? I believe we can safely add defamation charges.

Well, he hired "the escort" to be his head of Business Development ...

This may be the first of many doors opened by E. Jean, she had the courage to put her personal experience out there for the world to see. The reality of the crude and misogynistic person that assaulted her is now more evident than before she spoke up, giving more women the courage to follow in her footsteps and speak out about their experience with similar men who have such low opinions of women and only see women as people who exist for these mens' selfish needs.

Thank you, Lucian, for reading all the disgusting details of this case against Giuliani. You have a strong stomach.

Can trump and associates get any more disgusting and vile. Thank you Mr Truscott for reading the lawsuit filing so we don’t have to. 🤮🤬

I am amazed and impressed (? if that is the right word, maybe "astonished" is closer to the mark) that LKTIV can bear to digest and report on this sort of ugliness. Also, "grateful" comes to mind. Giuliani , aka Wormtongue, has been getting a free ride for decades, and it's time it stopped. Much like his overlord Sarutrump.

It hardly seems possible, but every day goes by I have less respect for Milquetoast Merrick, and it this point it's spilling over onto Biden. What's it going to take to bring this cabal to justice?

I'm with you on this! Every day that these disgusting, perverted, arrogant pricks strut around smirking with impunity and free as birds, makes me wonder if any justice will ever be done to any of them. Too damn bad that Giuliani and t-Rump can't be castrated-- just for starters.

Judith, they'd be exactly the same guys with or without testicles. but I understand the feeling.

In a strange, twisted way, Merrick's deep sleep is exposing the possibility that McConnell may have been "right" in blocking Merrick's nomination. Merrick is so timid that he would probably recuse himself from every case that came before SCOTUS.

So... _why_ exactly did this young women remain in Guiliani's employ, presumably responding to his everywhere/anytime vile demands? This woman has clearly been traumatically victimized by an Epstein's-world-class pervert sex addict, but there has to be more going on here, or she would not have stuck around for repeated assaults from Piggo. Did she stay because he threatened to ruin her if she left? That would be the classic sexual abuser's MO: If you tell anyone our little secret, I'll kill your mommy (if the victim is a child) translates neatly to "If you tell anyone, a. no million for you, and b. Here's some good news, published at 10:15 tonight in the NYT. Pence is going to primary Trump. With any luck, Pence will reveal all kinds of nasty things Trump did and said, that so far like a loyal sycophant, he has kept quiet about. And surely The Donald will reveal even more of the slavering attack dog side of his personality. Wait. I'm not sure he has another side.

I do not think being drunk for several years is a legal defense, but hey, its worth a try because there is no other. Bonus: Trump selling pardons for criminals brought to him by Rudy.

So, I watched MSNBC tonight becauseRachel had E Jean Carroll and her attorney, Robbie Kaplan on. It was ever soooo good! Then I watched Lawrence O’Donnell and he revealed the lawsuit filed by Ms. Dunphy against Rudy. What a humdinger, I thought. Then I read Lucian’s unabridged version of the lawsuit and was practically throwing up. Rudy is a fucking monstrosity and he better get thrown in prison with his buddy, The Don. Dunphy said that when E Jean filed her lawsuit, that’s when she decided it was time for her to file, as well. She is now 43 years old. Not only is she in possession of recordings but Rudy gave her access to all of his emails. She’s got them too...all 23,000 of them! Plus, many are from the Trump family and from Trump. It was kind of a laugh-your-ass-off day!

After watching Giuliani wanking off in Sasha Cohen's movie, I'm ready to believe anything anyone has to say about him. Listening to the description of Giuliani's behavior on Lawrence O'Donnell's show, I was taken aback at how frequently the individual allegations were stated to be corroborated by video or audio recordings.

When the narrative turned to Giuliani peddling presidential pardons at $2 million a pop, to be split equally between Rudi and Trump, my ears perked up. No video, but we were told that eyewitness testimony exists. Why did it take so long for this information to surface. Apparently, there are something like 23,000 Giuliani emails in a treasure trove of evidence, not only implicating Rudi in federal crimes, but Trump, and the Trumpistas with whom he interacted.

There are also statements detailing sexual abuse, coercion, conspiracy to obstruct justice, denial of wages and other labor law violations, witness tampering, sexual assault on an under age woman, forced fellatio, ad nauseum. There is also tax evasion; Rudi hiding money from his ex-wife. On and on and on.

The whole Trump disco ball just gained another 23,000-plus facets, each new one reflecting on a multitude of others. This guy was United States Attorney at the Southern District of New York. Whew! I need a shower and scrubdown just hearing about the allegations contained within the 70 pages of the complaint.

This is the Hellfire Club on steroids. And I'm counting on Fox News not to want to breathe a word of what's been alleged. How much denial can they pile on without saying what actually happened. Giuliani is described as an utter pervert.

I guess we can expect to see copies of major newspapers being passed around surreptitiously, wrapped in plain brown butcher paper.
