My daughter takes us on a tour on occasion as she walks from work to home in D.C. The place looks like a city under siege. I can't imagine why anyone would want to be there this summer for the failed 250th celebration. It's going to be a sad place. She's coming home for a vacation to get a break from the sadness that is our nation's capital.
