Let's remember how truly loathsome this monster is

He was best friends with a convicted pedophile. He has been credibly accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl. His Department of Justice has redacted the names of men in the Epstein files while making public the names of victims. No prosecutions have resulted from the sexual abuse and rape of underage girls, even with abundant evidence and testimony that is already on record.

He started a war that nobody wants, and from which he and his family are making billions of dollars. His war has already murdered children in a school and hundreds of civilians are being killed every day. American soldiers have lost their lives and suffered grievous injuries, and he has ordered thousands more of our soldiers to the Middle East. He is so clueless and so crazed by his power to bomb and kill that he may commit them to combat and causing more of our soldiers to die.

And for what?

His jackbooted thugs killed two American citizens and multiple immigrants carrying out his cruel deportations. He has allowed his department of health to be turned into a department of death. He is throwing people off SNAP benefits and celebrating this cruelty as cost savings. Every day, he invents a new horror to inflict on the world and comes up with a way to personally profit from it.

Today, he played golf on one of his courses in Florida. Tonight he will sit on the patio at Mar a Lago and eat a steak and take the plaudits of the people who pay thousands of dollars in membership fees so they can be in his presence.

The man is a monster, and today millions of people turned out all across the country to protest his presence in the White House. It was a good day for good people. Better days are ahead, especially in November, when our votes will strip him of his power to use the Congress to commit the terrible crimes that have cost people’s lives and defined his presidency in both of his terms in office.

One day, we will be rid of him. No Kings!
