I’ve been writing about this asshole Donald Trump since the Voice called me up back in the early spring of 2016 and asked me if I could write a piece about the man who was taking over the Republican primary. I wrote a long piece for them, then I wrote another, and then in 2017 after he had taken office, I started writing a column for Salon, and inevitably many, many of the columns ended up being about the newly elected president.
You are being generous. He’s much worse than that. 11/3 is none too soon to turn things upside down. The likelihood is strong that we will get to that point.
I never could have conceived of a day when I would on a daily basis call the president of the United States "asshole," sometimes repeatedly, a word I never had in my vocabulary before.
But he's so much more, incredibly destructive, totally devoid of human decency or regard, downright evil, a descriptive word I very rarely used previously but often now.

He could also have bombs dropped on small boats in the Caribbean, and he could continue to illegally impound USAID funds, an action that has killed 762,000 people as of last January. The House and Senate Republicans are fine with that.

The scariest part of your summary is how the press, his cabinet, even foreign leaders just obediently listen to this liar, rarely confronting him when they know almost all of what he's saying are outright lies. He needs to be constantly confronted and ridiculed to his face. I noticed that a couple of days ago, when Trump claimed there had been a slit cut in his precious American blue paint job in the reflecting pool the press did ask Trump for proof repeatedly and he deflected it rather poorly. It's encouraging
The first day they started on it he bragged it would last 50 years, was impervious to everything, and I quote “Couldn’t be cut with a knife!” Now, it was done by a ruffian with a box cutter…
He deserves every single bit if what PM Meloni gave him and more. His days of being an ass to women are hopefully over. I want our women journalists to feel confident to tell him off too if he steps out of line. He should NEVER have been allowed to talk to them the way he has.
It will not be Journalists of any flavor that insult him until after he has been defeated. I finally figured out the why of “why don’t women journalists stick up for themselves?”. Kaitlin Collin’s addressed this recently. I don’t want to misquote her so look it up, it very informative. I however am not a woman journalist and think he’s a pant load.

John Fowles has a great description as quoted by his narrator Nicholas Urfe. In describing intelligent persons he says that there are three types, and Nicholas admits he's the second type, when called intelligent he's "sufficiently intelligent to know the he's being flattered, not described."

Yes, the end of days for a very ignorant and wicked person seems to be fast approaching. But those who gave him the money to run for president will not want to lose their investment. They will keep him in the White House as long as possible, even if it takes wheels and a ventriloquist. They will let his flunkies keep dismantling our government, while they start making decisions in his name. Those decisions will be taken to insure their continued control of our government no matter who the next president might be. Our newly elected leaders from the coming midterms must be ready to employ drastic measures to overcome the coercive effects of the money wielded by the billionaires.
