The deadline of 3 p.m. has passed for Trump to object to the release of the search warrant and inventory of items taken from Mar a Lago. It appears that Trump’s lawyers have not filed an objection and that the documents have been released.
NBC has seen the search warrant and inventory. The network is reporting that the search warrant reveals that the DOJ has Trump under investigation for violating three separate federal statutes regarding the removal and concealment of classified documents and the altering or destruction of classified materials.
The inventory lists in a general way that classified documents, including some marked with the top classification of TS/SCI, were removed from Mar a Lago. There is no information about the content of the documents in any sort of detail. The search warrant allowed the FBI to search multiple locations within Mar a Lago including Trump’s own office. None of the places searched by the FBI are considered “secure” locations for the storage of highly classified materials.
More to come.
Thanks for the stream of updates.... It is reading like the novel that no one would believe!
Keep it up Lucian. I don't trust big media on this, their fact discipline and reportage tend toward "Breaking News" sensationalism.
