A storm blew through today, and this is the scene it left

The Milford United Methodist Church across the street, captured just after the storm blew itself out. The trees leaned sideways, the rain was horizontal, and this 1920’s stucco house shook. Unlike our former studio in East Hampton, there was no flood, no pump, no wet-vac, it was glorious!

I’m taking the night off to rest up for what’s ahead. Be strong. Hug your children, hug each other, hug yourself. This country needs every one of us.
