Next thing you know, on the wee hours one morning very soon, you will hear the thumps and thuds of little furry children playing and climbing and moving about because maybe you forgot, but they love being up at the wee hours when you're getting your best dreams in. They are adorable. And today is a good day. Biden looks formidable and never raised his voice to the public, never trashed anybody, never said anything so much. And the Dems really did get a great deal because even the things that don't look so good have switches that Biden can switch when he needs to and it's for two years!! Maybe we'll ahve the House back next time. It's been a good day.
Viewing these terrific pictures of those adorable little critters has dropped my blood pressure by about ten points at least. They grow so fast, and that birthing box will soon be too small, and won’t contain them. Our breeder lent us a six-foot diameter play pen when our litters started roaming. Looks like yours are about to start. I, too, would take them all, and eventually wind up with 50 cats. They’re just irresistible. We only got to four when reason set in.
My BP goes back up when Putin plays the victim. I want to hit something, basically him. Merely calling him a hypocrite, with all due respect Lucian, is being too kind by about 10-miles. He’s a monstrous war criminal who should be locked away for eternity, if not just shot.
My former boss in CA, who prided himself on being a good looking jazz pianist as well as a top law scholar, once said something terribly brilliant. I had no trouble agreeing with it and was amazed at his new found wisdom. Was it on the history of employment law? Supreme Court maneuverings? I believe he said something you have already validated today: "Nothing is cuter than kittens."
Names! Personalities to match? Daisy looks like she could be asking Ruby if she's a sister or a mommy. … I like this headlines/kitties format for an occasional early-summery change of pace.
There is nothing like a box of kittens to brighten up a day. Once again, your kitten pictures made me smile. One time my mom was laid up and told a friend that she wished she had a bushel basket full of kittens to play with and her friend made it happen.
Wonder if the “chip” in Chip Roy evolved from personal experience with cow chips. Maybe he is knowledgeable of the ingredients in a turd sandwich. Makes sound like he oozed out of one. (Sorry, that’s pretty tasteless.) Going back to your adorable pics of delightful animals! Thank you Tracy and Lucian for the therapy.
The kitten at the upper right of the bottom picture obviously got a load of Mr. T.'s news of the debt ceiling carrying on and the Russia/Ukraine ongoing. I feel the same way.
I love the names of the kittens and they are so cute! What great pictures. I love the smile they bring to my face even when the news is so challenging.

Distinguishing personality traits are becoming apparent in the little-kitty tribe.
Soon they'll be out to conquer the world. Or at least try to.
Fortunately they don't have Campaign war-chests to draw from and will
have to toe the line, unlike those pesky humans who keep getting into trouble.
Of note, my latest grandchild was born some weeks ago, and is happily drawing sustenance
the way mammals are intended to. The young'un resides in Melbourne and
is learning what it's like to be the little sister of two grown, half-sibs and
a full brother, age four! Lots of helping hands.
Ah, the permutations! But for now, all's well on the domestic home-front!
Rumor has it that they'll be touring the Americas in a few months.
That solves the problems of visiting Australia for the time being!
