I’m usually writing about this time, but I’m taking a night off. I thought I would show you where I work instead. That’s a rather large painting by Tracy Harris on the wall, which I love looking at while I’m writing, and that’s my new monitor, which I love because I can see my words without moving closer to the screen.
Thank you for showing us your writing nook, that’s a very personal matter. I’m a writer too, so I appreciate the gesture.
First I want to say that your requests for subscribers come across really well. A lot of them are very humorous and make me smile. Very well done. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it, it works. I never feel pressured or put off.
On that note, more eyes on your pieces / posts is what you need. The more people who see, the higher the subscription numbers.
Two days ago Heather Cox Richardson dropped a piece about the Atlanta murderer. It would’ve been perfect to post a link to your INCEL article over there, this time I just missed out because I’ve been busy the last few days. However on other occasions your posts dovetail perfectly with discussions on HCR, and when I notice, I link to you.
Lucian just a suggestion:
I mention you occasionally on Heather Cox Richardson’s site. I’m sure there are other sites that viewers here frequent. Maybe that could factor into your subscription requests, something like “if you like this article link it on your favorite site.“
Such wisdom, and I can absolutely vouch for him and his opinions (most of the time!)
Yes, there is such a natural tributary that springs from HCR, but not for the weak of spirit, not from there, but anywhere.
Heather is so magnificent and has rescued so many of us who were woefully deficient in a deep understanding of history... and has the ability to tie it in to the present, which removes it from being abstract to being quite familiar!
And you are like a hawk, you soar around, take it all in, then zero in on your prey and strike.
I personally depend on you and HCR, and increasingly find a hook with some others.
But there’s a time for thinking, a time for writing, a time for reading, and a time for cleaning up the kitchen!
Well deserved brother!!

Thanks again for all you give!
Thank you Cynthia. I have been taking in this message of yours. I am still taking it in.
How great to see where you write, complete with a glimpse of Tracy's painting. You do, you know, Make Things Better.
Enjoy!
Ugh. Windows. 🤔😉😊
Thanks for being our voice. Enjoy a break.

Enjoy your well earned rest.
Thanks for inviting us in! It feels good in there.... a fertile nest! See ya soon!
Love your work! Keep it up!
Bravo. Go enjoy the remains of day with beautiful Tracy and your lovely pup.
You’ve been doing more than your part, and that painting is really striking, and I wish you’d show the rest of it!
Have a good night off!
