This is my umpteenth report on the Trump stolen documents case. In addition to losing at the Supreme Court today in his appeal to keep his tax records out of the hands of Congress, Trump had a bad time at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, too.
I started cracking up at the bit about how the search was supposedly illegal because the FBI took some of Trump's golf shirts and a photo of Celine Dion, but I lost it completely at the idea that the special master gambit was intended to prove the search was illegal. And while we're at it, how the hell did Trump find a lawyer named Trusty??
Oh boy, that was fun. Picturing the lawyer squirming in front of the judges, was good, very good actually, but being with you all has made me feel perfectly sane. May each one of you have a wonderful thanksgiving holiday with family and friends if at all possible and Lucian thank you again for the smile you have put on my face. 🙏
Reading this was the most fun I had all day as we prepared to have 22 guests for Thanksgiving dinner. *Rump has struck out repeatedly in his oft panicked attempts to use the courts to avoid or delay accountability for his criminal activities. Has anyone computed his win/loss ratio since the 2020 election?That would be fun to read too.

Every thief I ever talked to was of the opinion that what he stole was rightfully his by virtue of his hands being on it and yours not. That's one helluva argument to get any judge to swallow. Sorry, Donnie. Maybe it's time to scuff a toe into the courtroom carpet and act remorseful and shed a tear and say you "...made a mistake" so your hope of probation stays alive. If you're capable of it. Donnie? Donnie? Hey, Donnie!
There was no red wave on election day, the Senate will be in the hands of Democrats not crazed Republicans. The legal community can see for themselves that the Trump carnival is fading into history and it's time to make that last. Trump has insulted the government and has been ever so tacky. His attorney's are grasping at straws and it shows.
The end is close, perhaps after Christmas indictments will come. Trump must be aware of this and one wonders what will be his last act?

These traitors are so used to lying and getting away with it because people, in general, do they call him/them on it. Further, the attorneys know they don’t have a leg to stand on, they’re simply delaying the inevitable.
