I'm not a huge fan of Newsom but he does occasionally get things right. (Not rooftop solar though.)
It's not just Newsom but our California Attorney General, Rob Bonta. Saw him on Lawrence O'Donnell last week where he laid out, in detail, all of the preparation by his office for potential litigation. I believe the Legislature and/or Gov. Newsom have already set aside a pot of $25,000,000 in anticipation of needed legal action.
